Physical Therapist

Seeking Per Diem Physical Therapist to help with our growing case load. This opportunity is great for local therapists who would like to pick up some extra work. You would be treating patients (typically elder) in their own homes or assisted living facility. Our patients tend to live in a nice part of Brooklyn. This Opportunity Offers : Flexibility : Choose how many patients you'd like to take on, there is no minimum requirements. We'll also work around your schedule when booking appointments. Independence : It's your patient. You'll have the freedom to design and implement an individualized care plan based on your professional evaluation. Support : To help reduce your administrative burden, our front office will take care of billing insurance. We'll also assist with scheduling, tracking visits and you'll have direct access to our Clinical Director. Tools : You'll have access to our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to make documentation quicker and easier (training and laptop will be provided). Opportunity : As our practice continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility in our organization. We prefer to promote in-house when new positions open up.
