Our next Controller will enjoy the fruit of years of implementing and automating systems and processes but will also be part of our continuous improvement efforts, troubleshooting the most difficult transactions and problem-solving.  The hard charger we are seeking doesn’t sit around and wait for someone to tell them something is wrong and how to fix it but rather utilizes their honed analytical skills to spot problems, delve into the issues, and resolve them.  If they don’t know the answer, they continually research and develop themselves professionally to excel in the knowledge needed to succeed.
