Senior Associate, Operational Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Risk And Governance Lead
Capital One is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Senior Associate to join the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Team within the Operational Risk Management (ORM) second line of defense. The TPRM team is a dedicated group of professionals whose mission is to provide value-add, independent stewardship of Capital One's third-party management practices, enabling Capital One to manage its Third Party Risk.
The Senior Associate, Risk and Governance Lead, will provide key support to the Third Party Risk Management Framework at Capital One. This includes facilitating day-to-day governance activities and supporting the team's "well-managed" risk management practices. You will be a vital part of the team, helping to ensure we are rigorous and creative in our approach to risk management.

Richmond, VA : $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Risk Associate
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
