Job Details

  • The registered nurse is a professional caregiver who specializes in assisting with invasive cardiac procedures and other procedures performed in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
  • The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility / accountability for patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via the nursing process, environment / instrumentation, and other health care team members.
  • Performs other related duties incidental to the work described within.

    • Job Requirements

  • RCIS certification required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience required.

    • Schedule Information

  • Shift : Days, Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM.
  • On call 7 days every other week.
  • No 48 hour option.
  • No block scheduling.
  • Maximum requested time off (RTO) 3 days.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Patient ratio : 1 to 1.
  • Beds : 2.
  • Scrub color provided.
  • EMR systems used : MEDHOST and MACLAB.

    • Additional Details

  • Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from the facility.
  • Travelers submitted without the necessary info or requirements will be rejected.
