Lead Sales- Floral Department Part-Time Position

Position Overview :

Sales leads are the frontline retail employees at Bachman's. They help customers find what they're looking for, answer questions about products and assist with product selection and purchase. This is a full-time year-round opportunity at Bachman's.

As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for the following :

• Welcome each guest in your own authentic way.
• Identify and approach customers in the store.
• Provide information about products and services to customers who visit or call the store for information.
• Assist customers at the cash registers as needed and place orders for delivery.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by prioritizing customer needs.
