Lead HVAC Technician

Tiello has partnered with a highly successful mechanical contractor in the Raleigh, NC area who is targeting a lead HVAC technician.

Job Title : HVAC Technician

Project Types : commercial, retail, healthcare, ect.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and components (commercial / industrial)
• Performing routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
• Inspecting HVAC systems and their components (e.g. air handlers, chillers, boilers, etc.) to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs and recommend preventive maintenance.
• Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field and sharing knowledge with team members.
• Preparing and submitting service reports and other documentation as required.
• Provide technical support for HVAC technicians.
• Develop and implement programming and graphics for new installations and retrofit projects.
• Commission control installations, ensuring control sequences align with scope, design, and specifications.
• Train and support customers and operations staff on system functionality.
• Complete work orders and verify accuracy with customers.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and improve service delivery.
