How You Will Make An Impact

The Senior UI / UX Developer is responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience across various digital platforms. You will combine your design skills and technical expertise to develop responsive, user-friendly applications. Your role involves collaboration with designers, developers and key stakeholders to translate user requirements into interactive and functional designs.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Translate UI / UX designs into functional front-end code and develop responsive designs that work across different devices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Work closely with developers and other key stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.
• Participate in user research and testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Lead design reviews, providing constructive feedback and contribute to the development of UI / UX design standards and guidelines.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes, user flows and style guides.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI / UX design trends, tools and technologies.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. Largely a sedentary role with some filing requiring the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending as necessary.
