Job Title : Electrician - Solar Project

Job Description

We are seeking skilled electricians to join our team on a solar project. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in electrical IV curve testing, installing both above and below ground electrical systems, and performing terminations.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical IV curve testing on solar panels.
• Install electrical systems both above and below ground.
• Execute electrical terminations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues as they arise.
• Perform conduit bending and wiring tasks.
• Run conduit and pull wire as needed.
• Participate in daily safety talks and adhere to safety protocols.

Work Environment

Work takes place outdoors on a 65 MW solar project in Farnham, VA. Expect a new construction environment with 5-hour shifts Monday through Friday, starting at 7 AM, with some weekend work. Daily schedule includes morning, lunch, and afternoon breaks. Safety is a priority with daily safety talks, and appropriate outdoor work clothing is required on site.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Farnham, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 / hr.
