Key Requirements & Responsibilities for HHA / PCA Roles :
- Must possess a New York State HHA or PCA Certificate
- Limited opportunities available for sponsored certification courses
- Ability to comply with New York state credentialing guidelines
- Bilingual skills are a PLUS
- Provide assistance with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare meals adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Demonstrate interest in working with diverse client backgrounds and disabilities
