Superintendent Opportunity

The company is looking for a Superintendent to work for a more personable, family-oriented company with growth opportunities. GPAC has partnered with a general contractor to add a Lead Superintendent to their team. They are looking for a Superintendent that can run projects between $25-50M in value. The role comes with wide open responsibility to run your team, direct impact with clientele, a variety of project sizes and locations, and an unmatched performance-based bonus program!

Lead Superintendent Requirements :

• Previous experience as a Superintendent
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively
• Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
