We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide locum coverage in Fremont at a mobile / school based clinic. This is a great opportunity providing care for a large network of clinics in the San Jose / Fremont area!

Start Date : As soon as possible with a 3 month commitment and option to extend

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Patient volume : 20-22 patients per day

Setting : 100% outpatient

EMR : Epic

Qualifications :

FNP with current board certification

Active, unrestricted CA nursing license

Active, unrestricted DEA license

1 year minimum experience required

Only candidates local to San Jose will be considered. No logistics offered

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Medical malpractice insurance covered
