Job overview : Moving Crew of household and business contents after property damages.

Phoenix Contents Restoration is looking for motivated individuals to join our restoration field team as team members to move, pack, wrap, and transport household and business contents in a caring and professional manner. While keeping the customer experience on the forefront, team members work closely with onsite content teams for accurate relocation of contents affected by property damages.

Job Type : Full-time

  • We believe in the investment of growth and training in our restoration team members who have a sense of urgency, see their potential, and are eager to further their knowledge of the restoration industry. Training and certification will be provided to the right candidate.

    • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Display professional conduct at all times in interaction with clients and team members. Treat client contents with utmost respect and care while performing work
  • Routinely use moving and industry equipment for loading and transportation of contents and materials.
  • Prepare contents for transportation using company supplies to provide protection against damages using company standards of care
  • Routinely lift and move heavy items and boxes
  • Responsible for proper use of company equipment and supplies. Work within the structure of check out / in of supplies to warehouse manager.
  • Load trucks and warehouse vaults appropriately
  • Carry boxes and load materials into trucks
  • Dismantle furniture with company supplied tools
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and image
  • Keep open communication with contents division team members
  • Adhere to company policies and safety rules.
  • Perform work within the specified time frame per project managers estimate
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times while utilizing company provided uniforms
  • Ability to drive an arrangement of box trucks and vehicles dependent upon size of job

    • Work Days :

    Monday- Friday with occasional weekends. Approximately 40hr week.

    Local Routes Home Daily

    Qualifications :

    Must be able to communicate clearly with co-workers and clients

    Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.

    Must be able to pass a drug and background check

    Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable with our insurance company

    Must be in good physical fitness and able to wear a respirator and pass a pulmonary function check and physical
