Registered Nurse - Cardio PACU Specialist

Position Summary :

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in the Cardio PACU, where you will provide expert, compassionate care for patients recovering from cardiac procedures. As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize your clinical skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while adapting to the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities :

• Adhere to OneCHRISTUS Competencies, demonstrating leadership in nursing practice.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care based on the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for your patients.
• Address and accommodate the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families at your practice level.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols, closely monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
• Identify education needs and provide instructional support to patients, families, and caregivers, utilizing available resources.
