    Responsibilities : \n\n \n\t

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various aspects of the business including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment to meet required regulations

    • \n\t

  • Perform building related installation and maintenance including, but not limited to furniture assembly, data / power installations, plumbing and lighting repair

    • \n\t

  • Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas

    • \n\t

  • Repair, maintain / monitor all equipment and amenities

    • \n\t

  • Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications

    • \n\t

  • Keep areas clean and organized, including cleaning dock levelers, dock bays, pressure washing building surfaces, cleaning HVAC systems (interior and exterior) maintaining a clean maintenance department

    • \n\t

  • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements : \n\n \n\t

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 2 plus years of related experience

    • \n\t

  • Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification is preferred

    • \n \n\n
