Job Title : Journeyman Electrician Solar Retrofit Project
Location : Chatham, VA
Schedule : Day Shift | 60-70 Hours / Week
A clean energy infrastructure construction firm is hiring Journeyman Electricians for a 4.4 MW commercial solar project in Chatham, VA. The company delivers full design-build services and self-performs key trades across utility-scale and distributed energy projects nationwide.
Responsibilities :
- Perform retrofit work at electrical panels
- Install and route power to inverters, junction boxes, transformers, and solar panels
- Read and work from electrical plans and schematics
- Ensure installations meet NEC and job specifications
- Collaborate with the site team to maintain workflow and safety
