Strong backlog of greenfield campuses, powered shells, and fast-track MEP-intensive interiors seeking for an experienced Travel Superintendent with exceptional background leading field operations and ensure successful on-site execution from start to finish.

Position Summary

The Traveling Superintendent will lead all onsite execution for mission-critical projects, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and precise coordination of structural and MEP scopes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily onsite operations, subcontractors, logistics, and field sequencing
• Lead OSHA compliance and mission-critical safety practices
• Oversee structural, civil, and MEP work including utilities, steel, envelope, and major equipment
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, and commissioning teams
• Resolve field issues quickly to maintain critical path and turnover milestones
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and progress tracking (Procore)
