Team Communications Coordinator Summary :
We are hiring a Sports Team Communications Coordinator to join our growing customer service team in Southfield, MI. This is a great opportunity for individuals with 1-3+ years of prior customer service, hospitality, event planning, or call center experience. This position entails managing multiple methods of customer service communication (emails, texts, and calls). As a Team Communications Coordinator, individuals serve as a middleman in the flow of communication between internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate the group hotel room block selection process. This position is responsible for maintaining the company’s brand image and delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will work primarily on an independent basis, but may – at times – be expected to collaborate with others internally.
