CNC Programming and Setup Machinist — Milling & Turning

You will be the link between engineering intent and production reality—setting up, running, and refining CNC processes so parts ship on time and on tolerance.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to meet specification.
 - Read and decode blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD information.
 - Monitor cycles, adjust parameters, and maintain consistent quality during runs.
 - Perform routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
 - Inspect workpieces using precision gauges and document findings.
 - Partner with peers to troubleshoot, root-cause, and resolve production issues.
 - Keep the work area organized and compliant with safety procedures.
 
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent; technical machining education / certification preferred.Previous success in a CNC Machinist or closely related position.Ability to interpret technical documentation and complex blueprints.Working knowledge of CNC programming concepts and machine setup.Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other precision metrology.Comfort operating independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Strong attention to detail and unwavering quality standards.Analytical problem-solver with a proactive approach.Must-Have Skills
