Position Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Engineering Supervisor to oversee all engineering operations and staff. This leadership role ensures the safety, functionality, and maintenance of the hotel while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and mentor the engineering team.
• Oversee all maintenance projects, preventive maintenance schedules, and work orders.
• Inspect property systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize guest impact during maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, budgets, and inventories.
