Key Responsibilities

Perform post-close due diligence underwriting on mortgage files

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements using Laura Mac software

Review and validate loan data with precision and document findings

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Post Close Due Diligence Underwriting experience

Experience with Laura Mac is required

Non-QM underwriting experience is necessary

Must reside in the U.S. and use personal equipment

Ability to work independently and deliver error-free work
