SUMMARY : As a Central Processer, you'll be the central point of contact for our customers and the internal sales team. You'll manage a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining smooth customer service and sales operations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS :

• Manage and respond to emails throughout the day
• Answer and handle incoming phone calls
• Run multiple reports as needed
• Gather necessary information and documents to create customer orders
• Create detailed work orders, including :

Entering material and labor line items
