Our client is looking for a Community Liaisonsomeone passionate about people, relationship-building, and community impact. This role is ideal for someone with experience in outside sales for the healthcare industry, and who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. What you'd be doing :

• Building strong relationships with referral sources (case managers, physicians, hospice centers, etc.)
• Consulting with potential clients and guiding them through our services
• Attending events, networking, and representing our agency in the community
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent client care
• Using CRM tools to track client pipelines and help drive agency growth
