Job Duties :

Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations through physical examinations and review of medical histories.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnosis, functional goals, and patient needs.

Required :

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

CPR / BLS certification (required or obtained upon hire).
