Position Summary-Personal Injury Case Manager

Relocation to Sacramento is required.

The Personal Injury Case Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys. This role manages all stages of a client’s personal injury claim—from intake to settlement—ensuring efficient case progress, accurate documentation, and excellent client communication.

Compensation : $25 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities :

Client Communication & Case Intake

• Serve as the main contact for clients throughout the case.
• Conduct detailed client intakes, collect accident and insurance information.
• Explain the personal injury process and maintain consistent updates.
• Ensure clients receive appropriate medical treatment and schedule appointments when needed.

Case Management & Coordination

Legal & Administrative Support

Negotiation & Settlement Preparation
