Job Description

Position : Project Manager Standard 3

Location : Washington DC Hybrid

Duration : Long term contract

1. BACKGROUND

The Operations Effectiveness (ITSEF) is a unit within the ITS operation effectiveness (ITSOE) which delivers data and knowledge solutions that provide business insight to frontline teams and management for improved decision making transparency and risk mitigation while facilitating knowledge capture curation and dissemination.

The ITS Operations Effectiveness unit is seeking a Product Owner to join the Knowledge Platforms team.

The position requires manage the product lifecycle think creatively develop recommendations that are data driven / fact-based deliver results in a matrixed organization and have the flexibility and maturity to handle various situations. The candidate will assume the following responsibilities : Product Owner with AI Product Delivery experience & Agentic AI

2. SCOPE OF WORK

The main scope of work is coordinate efforts with team members and cross-functional business partners including Agile Scrum teams. The Product Owner will oversee implementation of a product roadmap that will enhance advised and managed investing offerings. Members of the team who are highly successful demonstrate the ability to manage the product lifecycle think creatively develop recommendations that are data driven / fact based deliver results in a matrixed organization and have the flexibility and maturity to handle various situations needs for Knowledge 360 and other related products for knowledge system.

Related task includes but not limited to :

Coordinate efforts with team members and cross-functional partners including Agile Scrum teams to implement a product roadmap for enhanced investing offerings.

Develop a deep understanding of users and use data-driven insights to design processes and interactions that improve the overall user experience.

Analyze and collaborate on strategies for internal tools (both proprietary and third-party) to create an efficient wealth management desktop.

Lead product discovery and integration solution design working with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills

8 years of Experience working with User Experience designers and implementing digital experiences using Agile development practices leading multiple teams as Product Owner.

Self-starter with strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills.

Positive attitude solid work ethic and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to make decisions and progress despite ambiguous or overlapping priorities.

High level of comfort with technology.

At least 5 years of product management or product development experience.

Knowledge of enterprise products services and support systems is a plus.
