Obstetrician Gynecologist (OBGYN)

Salary and Benefits

  • Base salary starts at $269,166 and is negotiable based on experience
  • Annual bonus structure based on productivity, quality, patient satisfaction, and pharmacy capture
  • 25 Days of PTO + 10 Paid Holidays + 1 Birthday Holiday

Responsibilities

  • Full-time position; outpatient women’s health plus deliveries
  • Hours are typically 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM unless otherwise discussed
  • Rotating call schedule currently at 1 : 5
  • Deliver care across Clearwater, High Point, and South St. Pete locations
  • Provide prenatal care, GYN exams, and postpartum follow-up
  • Manage deliveries including vaginal and C-sections (VBACs supported when clinically appropriate)
  • High-risk pregnancies referred out
  • No in-house ultrasound (patients are referred out)
  • Utilize DAX Co-Pilot for documentation
  • EMR system : EPIC

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (or willing to obtain)
  • Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • New graduates and experienced OB / GYNs encouraged to apply
