Location : Flagstaff, AZ

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

Duration : Through June 30, 2026 | No weekends or overtime

TEEMA is seeking an experienced or entry-level Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, swallowing and cognitive challenges. You’ll play a key role in helping veterans maintain communication and quality of life in a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and create evidence-based care plans.
  • Administer diagnostic tests for speech, hearing and swallowing.
  • Provide individualized and group therapy following physician directives.
  • Educate patients, families and caregivers on communication techniques.
  • Accurately complete documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements.
  • Collaborate with PT, OT and nursing teams to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active Arizona SLP license.
  • CPR / BLS certification and current TB test.
  • Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Entry-level applicants welcome; mentorship and collaboration provided.
