Details :

Location : San Fernando, CA (must live within 20 miles of city center)

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8am 5pm

Type : Locums-to-Perm or Perm (Locums-to-Perm preferred)

Rate : Discuss by Phone + mileage reimbursement at $0.70 / mile

Start Date : November 1, 2025-6 months with strong potential for permanent conversion

Patient Volume : 3 7 patients / day

EMR : Athena

• Active CA NP license, BC , BLS , and DEA
• 2+ years of direct patient care as an NP
• In-home care and geriatric experience required
• Nephrology experience is a big plus!
• 100% Malpractice Paid
• Paid Weekly
