The Opportunity

The Employee Health & Safety Supervisor will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of workplace health and safety programs across our operations. This role is critical in supporting our growth by building scalable safety systems, fostering a strong safety culture, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and oversee employee health and safety programs that scale with company growth.
• Foster a proactive safety culture by training, coaching, and empowering employees at all levels
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed safety into daily practices.
• Collect, track, and analyze safety metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Support the development of policies and procedures that align with a growing, fast-paced operation.
• Act as the point of contact for safety audits, inspections, and regulatory agencies.
