We are looking for a Security Lobby Officer with exceptional customer service skills to join the Prosegur team! If you have experience in being a liaison between the clients and guests, you should apply for this position. Front desk experience is required at least 1 year, and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
Job Responsibilities and Duties :
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Resolve or redirects resident / client complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, SOPS, etc.
- Checks in / out guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
- Multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor
- Monitor CCTV, Fire Alarm Panel, Access controls and assist with phone calls and packages of clients / residents.
