Description : Position Summary

As the Senior Director of Corporate FP&A, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. This role is pivotal in shaping the company’s financial strategy, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring fiscal discipline aligned with long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational realities.
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets, and present findings to senior leadership and the board.
  • Own and enhance the 13-week rolling cash forecast, ensuring liquidity planning and risk mitigation.
  • Support strategic initiatives and M&A activities through financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case development.
  • Partner with business development and operations teams to evaluate new opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs that provide real-time visibility into financial performance.
  • Prepare board, investor, and lender presentations, translating complex financial data into compelling narratives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes through automation, system enhancements, and adoption of best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements :

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including leadership of corporate planning cycles.
  • Proven success in strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools and ERP systems preferred.
  • Track record of process improvement and technology implementation in finance functions.
  • Experience in retail, multi-unit operations, or similar industries with complex financial structures.
  • Exposure to private equity environments and investor reporting.
  • CPA and / or MBA preferred, with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and a proactive leadership style.
