This individual contributor role within the Medicare Stars Program Management team will provide subject matter expertise and consultative services to internal and external colleagues. You will manage execution and oversight of quality initiatives influencing Stars performance. You will utilize industry and internal analytic insights to inform decisions and generate opportunities, as well as guide policy and program recommendations to executive leadership teams.

Your duties will include :

• Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to identify opportunities for Stars improvement initiatives, assist in development strategic workplans, and performance monitoring.
• Communicate insights to key stakeholders, executive-level leadership, and other internal and external points of contact to ensure concise and accurate data is delivered.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity for information provided to stakeholders, executive-level management, and other individual contributors, driving successful operation of the department and company towards achieving its goals and key deliverables.
• Provide business and operational project and program management support for improvement initiatives and cross-functional work efforts.
• Manage and prioritize multiple work efforts simultaneously, ensuring key deliverables are met, driving consistent business success.

Bachelor's degree required. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is : $75,400.00 - $165,954.00
