Acro is partnering with the Kansas City, MO, to recruit a dynamic leader to oversee the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation. This is a high-impact executive role shaping public safety, rehabilitation, and strategic operational leadership for the city.

- ? Citywide correctional & rehabilitation operations
- ? Strategic planning, policy development, & fiscal management
- ? Workforce leadership—building a high-performing, trauma-informed team
- ? Partnerships with courts, law enforcement, healthcare & community agencies
- ? Compliance with ACA, NCCHC & Missouri Jail Standards
