Commercial Construction Estimator - OSHPD, HCAI Projects

Position Overview :

• Analyze drawings / specs to develop accurate cost estimates
• Perform material takeoffs and calculate labor / equipment costs
• Identify cost-saving alternatives and present findings
• Stay current with industry trends and pricing
