Summary
Joyful Hearts Learning Center, a ministry of the Lake Mills Moravian Church, is looking for teachers to bring their unique talents and experiences into the classroom. We are hiring lead teachers for all age groups from infants to school age. As a teacher at Joyful Hearts, you will be working in a welcoming, positive, supportive work environment.
This position will start full time immediately.
Duties
- Create a warm and inviting environment for children while prioritizing child safety
- Create lesson plans that focus on play-based learning
- Develop independent goals for each child
- Collaborate with other staff members
- Develop relationships with families through ongoing communication
Requirements

The ideal candidate would have 2 years of experience teaching in a child care setting.
