The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location work experience education licensure requirements and / or skill level. Salary Range :

$43100.00 - $64700.00

Purpose Statement : To ensure product quality compliance and continuous improvement through effective leadership meticulous oversight and collaboration with cross-functional teams ultimately contributing to the delivery of exceptional products and customer satisfaction.

Key Job Accountabilities :

• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company specifications.
• Lead and mentor quality assurance team members providing guidance and support to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
• Conduct thorough inspections and audits of production processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and supply chain teams to address quality issues resolve non-conformances and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends opportunities for efficiency gains and areas for process optimization contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
