Equipment Operator

Operate and maintain rock crushing equipment to produce aggregates safely and efficiently. Monitor material flow, adjust settings, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent production output.

Responsibilities :

• Operate rock crushing equipment to ensure efficient production of aggregates.
• Monitor material flow and adjust equipment settings as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including PPE use and lockout / tagout procedures.

Work Environment :

The role is based in an outdoor quarry / aggregate yard, where you will be exposed to dust, noise, and heavy machinery. The environment is fast-paced and focused on production.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocean, NJ.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
