We are looking for a technically proficient Graphic Design Technician to join our dynamic in-house creative team!

In this essential role, you will be responsible for the technical execution of our creative materials : producing accurate, print-ready digital files and meticulously ensuring all work meets strict brand, legal, and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, trademark and legal requirements, and industry standards for typography, layout, and production quality.
• Create and manage digital files that are accurate, efficient, and ready for print or digital output, maintaining organized file structures and archives.
• Apply expert knowledge of Mac OS, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, including advanced typography, paragraph formatting, color correction, and photo retouching.
• Understand pre-press requirements for flexo and offset printing, and troubleshoot common technical and system issues as they arise.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously-prioritizing deadlines, tracking time accurately, and communicating proactively if timelines are at risk.
• Support the creative team by developing design variations and adapting artwork for various applications while maintaining design integrity.
