We are currently recruiting for an After Sales / Claims Representative role in Whitsett, NC! This is a fully on-site, direct hire position. We are looking for someone who has at least 3 years of experience in a B2B Customer Service role specifically within manufacturing. We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail, strong follow up and ERP experience!

Responsibilities :

Support specific territory with client requests

Field low volume of incoming calls from B2B customers

Respond to high volume of incoming emails

Provide product information, handle order changes and / or cancellations

Review claims in compliance with claims policy

Receive and distribute claims documentation

Work with 3rd party freight company regarding claims

Qualifications :

At least high school diploma required

At least 3 years of B2B Customer Service experience

Manufacturing experience required

Claims experience preferred

ERP experience required

Strong customer service mentality

Strong attention to detail

Strong follow up

Team player

Pay Details : $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
