Position Summary :

The Billing Specialist is responsible for creating invoices once work orders are complete and sending them to customers in a timely manner.

Hours :

Monday-Friday | 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm OR 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

Responsibilities and Duties : The Billing Specialist is a critical role that ultimately ensures our customers are billed accurately and in a timely manner.

The Billing Specialist responsibilities and duties include :

Primary Duties :

• Gather information from the in-house system such as labor hours, material used etc. and build customer invoice
• Review invoices for accuracy with billing manager
• Submit final invoice to customer in a timely manner
• Additional duties as assigned
