Job descriptionMonthly Loan Repayment program offering $20,000 over three years Safe work practices, patient teaching, supporting new staff, continuous development Applying the nursing process, improving quality of care, identifying opportunities for quality improvement 0-2 years experience, BSN preferred Good clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Physical stamina for frequent walking, standing, lifting, and positioning of patients based on candidate eligibility UPMC-approved national certification preferred. Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse either in the state where the facility is located or in a state covered by a licensure compact agreement with the state where the facility is located. Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Graduate Nurses will have 120 days from graduation to obtain the RN License

Our unit provides high-acuity patient care focusing on respiratory conditions, ENT surgeries, chemotherapy, and palliative / comfort care.
\n
Minimum hiring rate : $33.75 (non BSN RN), $35.50 (BSN). Candidates will be placed into the appropriate title and pay rate by recruitment.
\n
