Join to apply for the Information Technology Analyst role at VAD HVAC Distributors in De Pere, WI. This position reports to the IT Manager and is on site. Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm.

Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and analysis for our ERP system, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements within the ERP system.
- Support, maintain, and develop BAQs, Dashboards, SSRS Reports, and BPMs in the ERP environment.
- Manage and maintain EDI interfaces, ensuring accurate data exchange with trading partners and monitoring EDI activity for issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ERP and EDI functionality.
- Deliver IT support for all associates and set up new user accounts with secure practices.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in regulatory compliance audits and assessments using frameworks like CMMC, NIST, ISO.
- Troubleshoot software problems on desktops and other devices, applying updates, reinstallations, or removals as needed.
- Develop and apply effective solutions; conduct hardware diagnostics and upgrade / modify components as required.
- Provide general IT support for remote offices across the United States; may travel to manage onsite projects or provide specialized support.
- Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of computer systems, networks, servers, and virtualization.
- Create documentation for software and hardware products and issues.
- Offer input on departmental processes, evaluate best practices, and apply technical solutions to meet business needs.
- Coordinate or independently work on complex projects with limited guidance; complete postmortems when appropriate.
- Collaborate with software and hardware vendors to define specifications and address technical challenges.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
- Desire to gain expertise in new technology and perform additional duties as required.

Key Competencies (Skills And Abilities)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Provide first-level technical support to internal clients.Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.Experience with Microsoft SQL and SSRS report development.Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft 365; ability to use Command Prompt, PowerShell, and other CLIs.Understanding of networks, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, configuration, and topology.Experience with Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD and user provisioning.Willingness to learn cloud deployment and new technologies.Support special projects as they occur.Education And Experience
Associate or bachelor's degree or 3-5 years in an IT-related field preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP systems.Experience supporting end-users with software, hardware, and networking issues preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with SQL queries and C# coding preferred.Licenses And Certifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Work Environment
Environment may include manufacturing, office, retail, and laboratory settings within Value Added Companies (VAC).Manufacturing and laboratory areas require PPE as defined by each facility; environment may be not climate controlled.Office spaces are climate controlled; position may involve long periods of sitting and frequent communication with coworkers; must perform fine motor tasks and operate office equipment.An individual in this position must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
