In This Role

You will be part of a software engineering team responsible for enhancing and maintaining a productiongrade Windows scanning application used by customers worldwide. This role focuses on designing developing and delivering new features and reliability improvements for a UWPbased Windows application. Youll collaborate closely with product program and quality partners to ensure highquality ontime releases while contributing to code reviews debugging efforts and overall product stability.

Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement new features and enhancements for a Windows / UWP scanning application
• Write clean maintainable and welltested C and C# code
• Diagnose debug and resolve defects to improve application reliability and performance
• Collaborate with Product Managers Program Managers and QA partners to ensure requirements are fully understood and correctly implemented
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and shared best practices
• Investigate complex technical issues reported from testing or postrelease scenarios
• Support build test validation and release activities to ensure production readiness
• Contribute to technical documentation and release readiness materials

Salary Range

At Blueprint we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors including skills education responsibilities experience and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State the anticipated salary range is $90000 to $100000 USD annually . Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience skills and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidates qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
