About the Role Entry-level position for an outgoing, friendly, and organized Individual to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff while ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Manage appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling mail / packages Support internal teams with general office coordination, inventory, and other duties as deemed necessary by management. Uphold confidentiality and always follow company policies Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred but not necessary.
