Overview
New Product Specialist - Sales at AAA Mountain West Group. Drive sales and provide outstanding service by effectively matching Members with AAA\'s product offerings. This is an onsite, full-time role at our Auburn Branch.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Act in a sales capacity; promote cross-sell referrals, sales, and branch promotions.
- Engage with customers to identify the most suitable product offerings.
- Approach incoming customers and serve as the Subject Matter Expert in the branch for all new product and bundle offerings.
- Communicate AAA\'s new products and value propositions to team members.
- Achieve monthly sales goals; follow up on leads and quotes by phone and email; make outbound calls for lead generation.
- Collaborate with Branch Team Members to generate referrals.
- Promote products and services to meet individual, team, and organization goals; identify and propose process improvements.
- Act as an agent for change while upholding AAA\'s guiding principles and core values.
Knowledge And Skills
Natural closer who thrives in a sales-driven environment; proven inside or outside sales experience with upsell and close capabilities.Lead generation and proactive prospecting; strong cold calling and follow-up skills.Confident in negotiating and building member / customer value; able to interact effectively with prospective and existing Members.Multitasking abilities; good computer skills, and proficiency in reading and basic arithmetic.Strong written and verbal communication; openness to feedback and course correction.Education, Competencies, Certifications / Licenses
Minimum : High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of work experience with preference for inside or outside sales.Preferred : Experience with sales and service standards and goals; bonding and fingerprinting may be required; valid driver\'s license with clean history.Working Environment / Physical Requirements
Office environments with standing, walking, or sitting at a desk or computer workstation for extended periods. Travel may be required to attend meetings or conferences. Approximately 50-80% of time spent on a computer. Some locations may require work in defined service areas.
Starting rates vary by region. Ranges start from $25.17 up to $29.97 hourly. This role is subject to an incentive plan that includes commissions. Most employees are expected to earn between $0 - $15,000 in incentives annually, contingent on performance.
