About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : Valid permanent California license required

Certifications : BLS, NRP, PALS

Must-Have : Previous experience with vents, IV starts, and PICC management.

Description :

Start date is firm and non-negotiable due to new hire orientation scheduling.

RTO (Requested Time Off) must be listed in submission.

RTO is not to exceed 4 days per week during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.

RNs must work either Christmas Eve / Day or New Year's Eve / Day and assist with staffing during surrounding days.

Block scheduling is not guaranteed.

Familiarity with infant feeding program guidelines is preferred.

The RN’s responsibilities include managing patients with various conditions in a neonatal intensive care setting.

Administration of medications and treatments as per prescribed order is required.

Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be able to float to other departments as needed.

Travel experience is required.

Candidates should have strong skills in developmental care and family education.

Patient age groups include neonates and infants.

The RN is expected to demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Successful candidates will embody the core values of the organization and promote a positive patient care experience.

Flexibility in scheduling and a willingness to embrace new challenges are essential.

All candidates must complete required modules prior to start.
