Hardware And Software Quality Control Manager / Lead

Peraton is seeking a Hardware and Software Quality Control Manager / Lead to support DHA Lifecycle Management.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as Lead for Lifecycle Management areas and quality.
• Collaborate with teams and provides process training and assistance as necessary to deliver services per contract and DHA defined policies and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct quality checks and review of hardware and software packages for completeness and accuracy in preparation for submission to DHA groups for processing and post-award.
• Coordinate and interfaces with groups as required per Lifecyle Management processes and / or as requested by Government.
• Responds to inquiries and provides support to DHA customers as necessary and provide problem / issue resolution.
• Notify customers as appropriate pertaining to package status and distribute information as required.
• Ensure tickets are processed in a timely manner and per defined service levels.
• Coordinate with other team members as necessary to follow LCM processes.

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
