Senior SQL Developer

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated Senior SQL Developer with strong technical and analytical skills. Experience in property and casualty (P&C) insurance is preferred. This role involves system analysis, development, and collaboration with business users, analysts, and QE teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The position also includes mentoring and guiding junior developers.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement solutions as a senior developer.
• ct as the single point of contact for development and support of existing applications.
• Maintain and enhance current software applications.
• Manage and support SQL database environments for production, testing, and development.
• nalyze technical information to assess risk, impact, and mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for users and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and release new features.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies.
• Work closely with business leads and product owners to understand requirements.
• Guide and mentor development and support teams.
• Perform configuration changes as needed.
