Position Overview
Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, this role isresponsible for all aspects of the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that will assure a well-managed and well-maintained building. Maximum emphasis is placed on positive and prompt responses to the concerns and needs of the tenants while maximizing organizational goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for overall property management operations, ensuring optimal performance, tenant satisfaction, and adherence to lease agreements.
- Coordinate closely with Rockhill’s Senior Leadership to :
- Implement property management plans, including budgeting, financial reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and manage the budget creation, financial forecasting, and year end reconciliations for the property(s).
- Track financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial objectives.
- Oversee the billing process including timely entry of invoices, payment, and disbursement of funds.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and implement sustainable practices to enhance property value and reduce operational costs.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with property management policies, procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives.
- Oversee construction projects including building and tenant improvements within a first-class office environment.
- Provide direction to Property Management staff, promoting reasonable career and succession paths associated with Property Management professionals.
- Perform regular property inspections with staff.

BS / BA education level or higher5+ years of real estate property management or related experienceWorking knowledge with leases, contracts and other legal documents and processesAbility to use discretion and a high level of professionalismEffective time managementCritical thinking and ability to exercise judgment and decision-making skills to solve complex problemsSelf-starter with ability to diligently manage multiple processesService oriented with strong attention to detail with excellent written and oral communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office / Word / Excel / PowerPoint / MRI / Yardi or other similar software systemsLocation : The position is based in the San Francisco Metro Area and expected to be in office 5 days a week.
Compensation : The expected salary range for this position is $150,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
