Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for drywall and framing scopes
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Perform quantity take-offs and material / labor analysis
• Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors
• Assist in bid proposals and ensure timely submissions
• Maintain updated cost databases and vendor relationships
